Shipping Policy
Shipping location
All orders ship from our warehouse in Hayward, CA.
Order Processing Times
Orders shipping via UPS ground will be shipped in 2-3 business days.
Orders shipping via UPS 3-day, UPS 2nd day, or UPS next day will be shipped in 1-2 business days.
Promotional Shipping
Promotional shipping is for domestic ground shipping only and excludes Hawaii and Alaska.
Shipping Holidays
Overland Equipment and its carriers will not be shipping or delivering on:
- New Years Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day July 4th
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day or Day After Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
- We will also be closed December 26th 2011 for Christmas
- We will be closed January 2nd, 2012 in observance of New Years
Special Note regarding APO, FPO, PO Boxes
UPS cannot deliver to APO, FPO or PO Boxes. Note we do not ship to these addresses at this time.
Special Note regarding rural areas
On occasion, in very rural areas expedited UPS delivery is not available. In such cases please allow an additional 3-4 business days for delivery.
Calculate Shipping Charges
We provide a shipping charge specific to your order based on the size and weight of the package, as well as your ship to location. To see what shipping charges will be for your order, add the desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout. A shipping charge will be provided in the checkout process prior to the time when you submit your order for processing.
Tax Policies
Overland Equipment Inc collects sales tax in California only.
